What to Bring to Your First Visit
- Any previous veterinary records or vaccination history
- A list of any current medications or supplements
- Your pet in a carrier (cats) or on a leash (dogs)
- A stool sample if possible (for parasite testing)
- Any specific concerns or questions you'd like to discuss

Appointment Policy
Aside from emergency situations, we ask our clients to schedule appointments when they need their pet to be seen. This allows us to dedicate more time and attention to our clients during examinations while also minimizing your time spent in the waiting room.
We ask that you please book as soon in advance as you can. We recommend scheduling well in advance for wellness exams, which can easily be done when you are checking out with the front desk. If an issue arises and you need your pet to be seen by a veterinarian, please call us right away and we will do everything we can to fit you in.
If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, we ask that you alert us as soon as you can so we may open your appointment to another pet who needs it.
Same Day Appointments
It is our goal to provide the highest quality service and care, in a convenient and friendly setting. That is why we accept same day appointments when possible. If your pet is sick and we are fully booked we will try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
We understand that you have a busy schedule, and we want to work with you to make veterinary care easier for you and your pets.

No Show, No Call Policy
- For 1st time offenders:
There will be a $35 fee. A payment link will be sent to you from our portal and your file will be marked. - For the 2nd time:
You will be charged for a full office visit. A payment link will be sent and your file marked. - For the 3rd time and therefore:
You will be charged for a non-refundable full office visit (but if you do show, this charge will be applied to your invoice), and a deposit will be required first in order to make an appointment.
