What to Bring to Your First Visit
- Any previous veterinary records or vaccination history
- A list of current medications or supplements your pet is taking
- Your pet safely secured in a carrier (for cats) or on a leash (for dogs)
- A stool sample, if available, for parasite screening
- Any specific concerns or questions you’d like to discuss during the visit

Appointment Policy
To ensure each pet receives the attention they deserve, we kindly ask that appointments be scheduled in advance—except in emergencies. Booking ahead allows us to minimize wait times and provide more focused care during your visit. Wellness visits can easily be scheduled during checkout at the front desk.
If your pet needs urgent attention, please call us as soon as possible at 201-292-4949, and we’ll do our best to fit you in promptly.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us early so another pet in need can take your spot.

No Show, No Call Policy
- For 1st time offenders:
There will be a $35 fee. A payment link will be sent to you from our portal and your file will be marked. - For the 2nd time:
Charged a full office visit. - For the 3rd time and therefore:
A non-refundable full visit fee will be charged in advance (applied to your invoice if you attend). Future appointments require a deposit.
